About Me

cincinnatisipe: Hello. I'm Chris. I started running in the fall of 2008 when I entered a half marathon without training what so ever. I even managed to finish with a decent time, pushing past seasoned runners. Not bad considering I was a heavy drinker and smoker just 6 months earlier. Since then I have ran numerous races from 5k's, full marathons and even a 50k(31 miles). At the end of July 2011I hope to complete my first 100 mile race. My goal with this blog is to share my love of running, nutrition, and Christ with you. You will see anything from training tips, healthy recipes, scripture, and personal stories. I hope you enjoy and please leave me some feed back. I would love to hear from you.
